As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Client Meetings: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
We are looking for a motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
- Experience: A couple of years in B2B sales, preferably with experience in selling custom software projects.
- Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of programming concepts to better communicate with clients and address their technical challenges.
- Education: At least a relevant bachelor's degree; a master's degree is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a nice-to-have.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and develop sales strategies with limited marketing resources.
- Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a willingness to execute and validate quickly.

- Trial Period: The initial base salary during the six-month trial period ranges from €1,400 to €1,800 per month (36h per week), depending on experience.
- Contract Extension: Based on performance, the contract may be extended with a potential salary increase up to €2,400/month.
- Bonuses: Opportunities for bonuses may be available for exceeding performance expectations.
- Remote Work: The position can be performed fully remote.
- Office Option: If desired, a flex desk at the Norrsken office (with sea views) can be arranged, provided a minimum of four days per week in the office is promised.
